Minimum age 14 years, charged at full adult rate
No pets except guide dogs
VAT is included at the prevailing rate
We reserve the right to amend the tariff at any time
Reservations commence from 1pm on the day of arrival
Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure
Check in between 1.00pm and 10.30pm. (Earlier by prior arrangement)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations represent a major loss to us; therefore, should
you have to cancel or shorten your stay, you may be liable
for any cancellation charges we may have to make. Regrettably
your deposit is non refundable, therefore we recommend guests
take advantage of travel/holiday insurance.
Our charges for cancellation recommended by HOLIDAYPLAN insurance
are as follows:
55 - 28 days advance cancellation 35% liability of holiday
27 - 14 days advance cancellation 55% liability of holiday
13 - 7 days cancellation 65% liability of holiday
6 - 1 day advance cancellation 80% liability of holiday
Cancellation on day of arrival or later 100% cancellation
charge.
