Our standard check-in time is from 16:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. Early check in or late check are also available subject to availability.
Check in is simple and done remotely to avoid contact with any key, key box or key card. Each door has a unique code assigned to you to gain access. You will receive your code by automated email in the morning of the day you check-in.
Yes, we provide tea, coffee and milk.
Each of our flats and studio apartments come with the following:
· Washing up liquid
· Multi-purpose cleaning spray
· Bin bags and J cloths
· Hairdryer

It’s entirely up to you. Choose whichever works for you from the following choices:
1. You can book online.
2. You can pay by BACS, for which we will email you an invoice.
3. You can pay over the phone
Full payment is taken on the day of booking to secure the property; a full refund will be given if canceled within the cancellation policy.
A receipt will be emailed to you along with your booking confirmation.
It depends on which rate you choose. We have a flexible rate where you can cancel, but that costs a little more – or you can have the no cancellation rate which is cheaper.
Yes, we ask for a pre-authorisation of £250 from our guests just like any hotel. This is to guard against any damages to the apartment and or its contents. This is usually pre-authorised, so not taken from your account, unless necessary after checkout but can also be paid in cash.
Each of the kitchens in our flats and studio apartments are fully equipped with a combi microwave oven, hob, George Foreman grill, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, fridge freezer, crockery, cutlery and glassware. In addition both 1 bedroom flats and both garden studio apartments have dishwashers.
Yes, we provide all towels and bed linen for every guest at the Cransley.
Yes, all apartments come with a manual containing:

Each of our rooms, studio apartments and flats are equipped with a flat screen smart TV which come with the full range of FREEVIEW channels with over 6,000 movies, cartoons and TV shows available to stream on demand.
Yes, all room, flats and studio apartments have Wi-Fi, boosted throughout the building.
You will be sent Wi-Fi details on the morning of check-in. All details will also be in the house manual.
Simplicity itself. Just close the door behind you when you leave by 10am.
Yes – a late check-out can be arranged up to 6pm and subject to availability. Please note that there may be an additional charge for this service.
Yes, but that’s subject to availability. Please give us as much notice as possible if you would like to stay with us a little longer.
This depends on how short your stay is. For longer stays, maid service is every 7 days, but this needs to be agreed beforehand. There is a one off cleaning charge per stay
Yes, we provide 2 x dishwasher tablets for each of the 1 bedroom flats and the 2 garden studio apartments equipped with dishwashers. These are re-stocked whenever the apartments are cleaned.
Yes, we have free on-site off-road parking for up to six cars at the front of the building, with additional free parking also available on the Cransley side of Knyveton Road itself, with more free parking, though limited to 2 hours, on the opposite side of Knyveton Road.
Yes, the garden is secure and a discreet space has been set aside for storing bicycles.
No. But smoking is possible in front of the building and in the garden.
No, we are sorry but the Cransley doesn’t allow pets.
Yes we allow take-aways and small deliveries during your stay. Please be aware that for larger items we would ask that you inform us prior to ordering. We cannot accept any responsibility for items that arrive before or after your stay.
No but all of our flats and studio apartments have kitchens, should you want to cook your own.
